+I don't know where you are planning to do your Parkrun in May, but a possible running-related 'stretch' goal could be to complete the Parkrun in Lyme park (http://www.parkrun.org.uk/lymepark/). It's a tough one, but it is a beautiful place to run (and maybe walk on some of the uphill bits - I do). Parking is usually free for parkrunners - the kiosk isn't open at that time of the morning. Or it's accessible from Disley station. It would be great to see you there, or I could stay away if you'd prefer no witnesses :)
+Of course, having completed your initial running goal, you may prefer to find a less hateful / painful activity for the next fitness goal.
